Voting Opens for Soliant Health’s 2026 Most Beautiful Hospitals Contest

57 hospitals nationwide are in the running for national recognition and a $5,000 donation after last year’s contest drew more than 2.3 million votes

ATLANTA, GA., Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voting is officially open in Soliant Health’s 14th annual Most Beautiful Hospitals contest, giving patients, healthcare professionals, and communities across the country the chance to rally behind the hospitals that have made a difference in their lives.

Following a nationwide nomination period, 57 hospitals have advanced to the public voting stage of the 2026 contest. From September 14 through October 16, supporters can cast their votes for the hospitals they believe best represent beauty inside and out, from thoughtful, welcoming spaces to compassionate care and strong community connections.

The 20 hospitals receiving the most votes will earn a place on Soliant’s 2026 Most Beautiful Hospitals list, while the first-place hospital will receive a $5,000 donation to its foundation from Soliant.

The contest has inspired significant community participation in recent years. In 2025, supporters cast 2,381,998 votes for hospitals across the country.

Celebrating Hospitals That Are Beautiful Inside and Out

Since launching the Most Beautiful Hospitals contest in 2009, Soliant has recognized more than 200 hospitals nationwide. The program celebrates the many factors that can shape a positive healing environment, including innovative facilities, calming outdoor spaces, natural light, artwork, thoughtful design, and, most importantly, the people who care for patients and families every day.

The contest also provides an opportunity for communities to spotlight the healthcare organizations that serve them through emergencies, life-changing milestones, and routine care. Supporters are encouraged to vote for their favorite hospital and share the contest with friends, family, coworkers, and others in their community.

How to Vote

Public voting is open from September 14 through October 16. Participants can vote for their favorite nominated hospital throughout the voting period. The 20 hospitals with the highest number of votes will be announced on Friday, October 23, with the top-ranked hospital receiving the $5,000 foundation donation.
