19th Annual Aging Your Way Health & Wellness Expo September 23rd
Westminster, MD, Thursday, September 10, 2026 –– The Carroll County Board of Commissioners invite citizens to attend the 19th Annual Aging Your Way, Health and Wellness Expo, taking place on Wednesday, September 23rd from 9am – 2pm in the Shipley Arena of the Carroll County Ag Center, located at 700 Agriculture Center Drive, Westminster, Maryland.
Hosted by the Carroll County Commissioners and the Carroll County Department of Citizen Services, Division of Aging & Disabilities, the Aging Your Way Expo is designed to connect older adults, adults with disabilities, Veterans, caregivers, families, and community members with information, resources, programs and services that support healthy aging, independence, wellness and quality of life.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore more than 100 exhibitors representing public agencies, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community service providers. The Expo will feature a Screening & Wellness Corner offering balance and blood pressure screenings, medication management, nutrition information, stroke education, and chronic disease self-management resources, along with health and wellness demonstrations and complimentary therapies. Guests can participate in Vendor Prize Bingo, visit the designated Veterans Area for specialized resources and take advantage of prescription medication disposal provided by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department. Onsite shuttle service will be available, and lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
With more than 100 public, nonprofit, and private organizations participating, attendees will have an opportunity to explore a wide range of resources and learn about services available throughout Carroll County and beyond. Whether attendees are looking for health and wellness information, community resources, support for themselves or a loved one, or simply an enjoyable day of activities and connection, there is something for everyone at the Aging Your Way Expo.
The Aging Your Way Expo reflects Carroll County’s commitment to supporting residents throughout the aging process and ensuring that older adults and individuals with disabilities have access to the information and resources they need to make informed choices and remain engaged in their communities.
